Bruno Murciano Las Blancas from Valencia, Spain, is an incredibly seductive dry White still wine, expertly crafted from autochthonous Marisancho and Macabeo grape varieties. The vinification process includes cold maceration, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, and six months of ageing on its lees in French oak barrels. This results in a wine offering enticing aromas of white flowers, orange blossom, citrus, and roasted almonds. On the palate, expect delightful notes of stone fruit, vine peach, and sweet citrus, presenting a complex profile with good volume. Vinification
The harvest is carried out manually in 10 kg boxes, then the grapes are cold macerated at 2°C for 3 days. Half of the juice undergoes alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks and the other half ages on its lees in French barrels that have been used for four and five years. It then ages on its lees in French oak barrels for 6 months.
