Bruno Murciano Blanco Seco Pieles Doradas, Valencia, Spain, is a captivating dry White still wine crafted from Macabeo, Malvasia, and other local varieties. The grapes undergo manual harvesting and cold maceration, with half the wine fermented in stainless steel and aged on lees for six months, and the other half in 500-litre French oak. This biodynamically farmed wine presents intense aromas of white flower blossom and vanilla, leading to a crunchy palate of apricot and yellow citrus, complemented by a spicy vanilla touch from subtle oak and a creamy texture. It pairs beautifully with seafood, oily fish, white meats, and seasoned mushrooms.

Vinification
Manual harvesting into 10 kg boxes takes place in late August and early September, followed by two days of cold maceration of the grapes at 2°C. Half of the wine undergoes alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and rests on its lees for six months.
