The grapes are hand-harvested and softly pressed, undergoing oxidative handling during fermentation in stainless steel, without malolactic fermentation or oak ageing, preserving its vibrant character. Aromatically complex, it reveals beautifully integrated wildflower and ripe fruit notes, while the palate offers plenty of character with orchard fruit, white flowers, and ripe citrus. This vegan, vegetarian, and certified organic wine is perfect with fish, vegetables, and white meat-based dishes.
