This provocative Rioja challenges tradition, emphasising vineyard character over bodega ageing. It undergoes cold pressing, pre-maceration, and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel to preserve its fruit-forward purity. Expect a clean, crisp, and intense palate bursting with stone fruit, peachy notes, tropical passion fruit, mango, and refreshing citrus undertones, culminating in a long, complex finish. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine is ideal with paella and all types of seafood.
