deAlto Rioja y Más Blanco Orgánico from La Mancha, Spain, is a vibrant still white wine. Crafted from Verdejo, Sauvignon Blanc, and Macabeo grapes, it undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks with no oak ageing, preserving its fresh character. This dry wine offers intense pear and peach flavours, complemented by refreshing citrus notes of grapefruit and a delightful floral aroma. Vegan and vegetarian-friendly, and certified organic, it pairs beautifully with salads, creamy chicken curry, and Tuna Nicoise.

We select low yielding vineyards and ripe fruit to create a wine suitable for any occasion. The vineyards are closely monitored so grapes are picked at their best and the state of the art winery is well equipped with the most modern winemaking machinery to create fantastic wines.
