This dry expression of Pinot Gris offers a fresh nose of peach, mirabelle plum, and delicate white flowers. The palate is energetic, elegant, and pure, showcasing a harmonious balance with good acidity and a hint of saline minerality. Vinification
Thanks to the biodynamic approach it promotes healthy organic soil life and the development of mycorrhizae present on the vine roots. These Juggling ploughing and plant cover, they also manage to bring the roots down deep to capture as much of the minerals as possible from the degradation of the bedrock. Currently, the estate covers 25 hectares divided into about a hundred small cultivation plots. No oak ageing.
