Domaine de Fondrèche Ventoux Blanc from Ventoux, Southern Rhône, France is a fresh, dry white wine (still) crafted from Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, and other local varieties. Vinified in a gravity-fed winery with cold maceration and aged for six months on lees in foudres and wooden barrels, it offers an expressive nose of white peach, pear, citrus zest, honeysuckle, and acacia, with a mineral edge and a hint of spice. The palate is clean, medium-bodied, and finely textured, balancing vibrant acidity with a smooth, creamy mouthfeel. This harmonious and refreshing wine pairs beautifully with creamy risottos, fresh goat cheeses, and light poultry dishes.

Vinification
Domaine de Fondrèche is a gravity-fed winery to avoid pumping over and extra transfers between fermentation vessels. After de-stemming, the grapes are cold macerated in a stainless steel, temperature-controlled tanks before the alcoholic fermentation begins. The wine is aged on the lees in foudres and in wooden barrels for 6 months.
