Domaine de la Couvette Organic Beaujolais from Beaujolais, France, is a vibrant Red still dry wine crafted from Gamay grapes. This certified organic, vegan, and vegetarian wine undergoes traditional carbonic maceration for four days, followed by fermentation and ageing in cement tanks, preserving its fresh character. It offers a generous bouquet of ripe red berries with subtle spicy and earthy notes. The palate is fruity and well-balanced, showcasing a smooth minerality and excellent structure. This versatile wine pairs beautifully with charcuterie, mushroom dishes, poultry, and mild cheeses.

Vinification
After a manual harvest, carbonic maceration takes about four days. The grapes are then slowly pressed and a cold and traditional vinification is performed. Fermented and aged in cement tank. The region's traditional carbonic-macerated style using trusty old concrete vats are also used to age the wines.

This organic Beaujolais presents a garnet colour with purple highlights, offering a generous bouquet of ripe red berries complemented by subtle spicy and earthy undertones.
