Domaine Jean-Paul Picard Sancerre Rosé Sancerre AOC, Loire, France, presents a delightful Rosé (pink) still wine, dry and crafted from Pinot Noir grapes. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine undergoes skin maceration and pneumatic pressing, followed by native yeast fermentation at low temperatures to preserve aroma and freshness. Aged on the lees for between 4 and 6 months, it develops a vibrant character. It offers intense exotic fruit aromas, leading to a dry, fruity, and supple palate with delicate floral hints.
