Domaine Klur Cuvée Meow Crémant d'Alsace AOC, Alsace, France, is a delightful White Sparkling dry wine crafted from Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Auxerrois grapes. This certified organic, vegan, and vegetarian wine undergoes fermentation with wild yeasts and secondary fermentation in bottle for 16 months without added sulphur, resulting in a fruity and balanced profile with fine bubbles. It presents an astonishingly fruity nose of apple with hints of brioche, complemented by crisp green apple and vibrant citrus fruits on the palate, leading to a long, dry, and soft finish. A versatile choice, it makes a great aperitif and pairs beautifully with delicate meat and fish dishes.

Vinification
The first fermentation and malolactic fermetation is carried out in stainless steel tanks with wild yeasts followed by a secondary fermentation in bottle with selected organic yeasts. No sulphur is added during vinification or disgorgement, which is carried out after 16 month in bottle! The result is a fruity and balanced wine with fine bubbles!
