Clairette and Marsanne

Eric Texier Adèle Vin de France, Northern Rhône, France, is a dry White still wine crafted from Clairette and Marsanne grapes. The grapes are whole bunch pressed and undergo spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks, ageing on lees for 6-8 months without sulphur before bottling. No oak ageing is used. It presents a beautiful, multi-layered profile with notes of ripe stone fruit, delicate florals, and a refreshing minerality, reflecting its warm granite soils. A versatile choice, it pairs wonderfully with shellfish, seafood, or as an aperitif with mature and hard cheeses. This wine is vegan and vegetarian friendly.
