Eric Texier Adèle Vin de France, Northern Rhône, France, is a dry White still wine crafted from Clairette and Marsanne grapes. The grapes are whole bunch pressed and undergo spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks, ageing on lees for 6-8 months without sulphur before bottling. No oak ageing is used. It presents a beautiful, multi-layered profile with notes of ripe stone fruit, delicate florals, and a refreshing minerality, reflecting its warm granite soils. A versatile choice, it pairs wonderfully with shellfish, seafood, or as an aperitif with mature and hard cheeses. This wine is vegan and vegetarian friendly.

Vinification
The grapes are whole bunch pressed using a pneumatic press, allowed to naturally cold settling, before spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts. Both fermentation and ageing is in concrete tank, with the wine kept on its lees for 6 to 8 months. No sulphur is used before bottling.
