Fabrizio Vella Bianco Biologico Sicilia IGP, Sicily, Italy, is a dry, still White wine crafted from the indigenous Catarratto grape. Fermented in acacia wooden barrels and then stainless steel, it undergoes malolactic fermentation, with no oak ageing. It offers a complex nose of vibrant citrus fruit, lemon zest, and delicate citrus blossoms, alongside hints of tropical fruits, herbs, and sweet spices. The palate is fresh, crisp, and concludes with a lovely minerality. This versatile wine pairs beautifully with chickpea soup and Sicilian pasta dishes. As a certified organic, natural, vegan, and vegetarian wine, it truly reflects its Sicilian origins.

Vinification
The first pressing is fermented in 50hl acacia wooden barrels. Soft pressed again, with a second fermentation in stainless steel for 14 days where malolactic fermentation takes places. No oak ageing.
