Feudo Antico Altopiano Rosso Terre di Chieti IGT, Abruzzo, Italy, is a vibrant Red (still) wine crafted from Montepulciano grapes. This dry wine is ruby red with purple notes, offering aromas of red berry fruits, wild cherries, and delicate violet, complemented by a subtle spicy nuance. The palate is full-bodied and well-structured with soft, balanced tannins. Vinified using only organic or low environmental impact techniques, it matures in glass-concrete containers with wild fermentation and minimal processing, ensuring purity of fruit without oak contact. Certified organic, vegan, and vegetarian, it is versatile with both red and white meats.

Vinification
Only organic or low environmental impact winemaking techniques are used and wines are matured in glass-concrete containers and bottled in the cellar, with the exception of Reserve wines, to ensure thermal stability without resorting to refrigeration, and to allow the wine to express its natural qualities without coming into contact with wood. Only wild fermentation is used for the organic wines with minimal processing and no filtering. Grape crushing, soft pressing of the crushed grapes and fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
