Feudo Antico Pecorino Biologico Tullum DOCG, Abruzzo, Italy, is a still, dry White wine crafted from 100% Pecorino grapes. This certified organic wine undergoes cryomaceration and spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts in concrete tanks, followed by six months ageing on fine lees, ensuring purity of fruit without any wood contact. It offers a bouquet of pear, golden apple, and almond, with spicy nuances of sage and lavender, leading to a full-bodied palate with delicious, balanced acidity and a long, aromatic finish. Perfect with raw fish, shellfish, and fresh or stretched cheeses. This wine is vegan and vegetarian.

Vinification
There is a cryomaceration of the crushed organic grapes and a spontaenous fermentation with natural yeasts, with maceration of the skins and subsequent fermentation in concrete tanks. Aged on the fine lees for 6 months before bottling without filtration or clarification. Vinification includes no wood whatsoever and is restricted to concrete and glass.
