Giavi Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG, Italy, is a delightful White (Sparkling) wine crafted from Glera grapes. This Off-Dry Prosecco undergoes a secondary fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 90 days, resulting in a brilliant pale straw yellow with fine, persistent bubbles. It offers typical aromas of apple, pear, and white flowers, complemented by notes of honey and camomile. The palate is refreshing, balanced, and smooth, showcasing a superb harmony between sweet hints and acidity, finishing with a lovely mineral note. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine pairs wonderfully with Parma Ham, sushi, focaccia, and mild cheeses.

Vinification
Soft pressing of grapes, then a static decantation and fermentation at controlled temperature. The second fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks (cuvée close) at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts and lasts 90 days. Tartaric stabilisation at low temperature and bottle refinement for a minimum of 1 month.
