Guillaume Gonnet Le Brave Cairanne AOP, Southern Rhône, France, is a captivating red wine crafted from Grenache and Syrah, vinified and aged in concrete tanks to preserve its vibrant character. The nose bursts with blackcurrant, red plum, and classic Provençal garrigue herbs. The palate is complex, revealing kirsch, fig, stewed blackberries, black olive tapenade, and liquorice, all framed by lovely soft, round tannins. This dry, still wine is vegan and vegetarian-friendly, pairing exceptionally well with Provencal beef stew and a wide array of other dishes.
