Guillaume Gonnet Côtes du Rhône Villages Rouge, Le Hardi Côtes du Rhône Villages AOC, Southern Rhône, France, is a rich, complex, yet approachable Red still wine. Crafted from Grenache and Syrah grapes, it undergoes traditional fermentation and 12 months ageing in stainless steel and concrete. Expect inviting aromas and flavours of red and dark fruits, cherries, spices, and liquorice. This dry wine is a superb match for barbecued lamb or poultry, and pairs beautifully with mature and hard cheeses. It is also suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
