ILatium Morini Valpolicella Superiore, DOC, Campo Prognai Valpolicella Superiore DOC, Veneto, Italy, is a complex and intense Red still dry wine. Crafted from Corvina, Rondinella, Croatina, and Oseleta grapes, the fruit is hand-harvested and air-dried for 25-30 days before ageing for 24 months in 500-litre oak barrels. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine offers super ripe black fruits, soft vanilla, warming spice, and a well-structured palate with persistent character and freshness. It is an ideal accompaniment to grilled red meat, roast meat, game, or mature cheeses.

Vinification
Destemmed and crushed. Controlled fermentation, delestage and pumping over for 12/15 days. Aged in 500-litre oak barrels for 24 months. Followed by ageing in bottles for 6 months.
