Fermented in stainless steel tanks and concrete vats with traditional red wine fermentation, this vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine is packed full of blueberry, blackcurrant, and plum, leading to a complex and delicious finish. It offers a rich and appealing flavour profile, perfect for enjoying with all barbecued and grilled red meats. Vinification
Fermented in stainless steel tanks and concrete vats. Traditional red wine fermentation with commercial yeasts, open tank pump overs and the fermentation conducted at 28°C.
