This expression benefits from fermentation at temperatures below 24°C with a 28-day maceration, followed by 9 months of ageing in French oak, with 10% new oak contributing subtle complexity. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine presents a deep blackish colour, revealing intense dark fruit flavours on the palate, beautifully balanced by delicate violet aromas and a wonderfully soft, supple texture. Vinification
Fermented at temperatures below 24° C for 12 days, with a 28 day maceration, before ageing in French oak. Oak ageing for 9 months in French 225 Litre barrels, with 100% of the wine oaked and 10% new oak.
