Fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures with natural yeasts, it beautifully expresses its single vineyard site. The nose offers prominent notes of asparagus, mature peach, and exotic fruits. On the palate, it is fresh and deliciously crisp with excellent natural acidity, leading to a long citric and peach aftertaste, all supported by a rounded body and good structure. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine pairs wonderfully with grilled fish, Asian style seafood, and even Thai cuisine.
