Mont Rocher Vieilles Vignes Rosé Pays d'Oc IGP, France, is a fresh, dry still Rosé crafted from Cinsault grapes. The vinification involves skin-contact maceration for its delicate pale pink hue, followed by delicate pressing and low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel. This summery wine offers typical notes of strawberry and wild raspberry, complemented by mouthwatering acidity. It pairs beautifully with tapenade, salade Niçoise, paella, or grilled chicken, fish, and lamb with herbs. This wine is also suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Vinification
The grapes are checked throughout August, in order to choose the right day to harvest. Post- harvest, the grapes undergo skin-contact maceration to extract soft pink colour from the skin. The juice, is collected after a delicate pressing and fermented at a low temperature in stainless steel.
