Orma Bianco Di Orma Toscana IGT, Italy, is a vibrant still White wine crafted from the Vermentino grape, expressing its best characteristics along the Tuscan coast. This dry organic wine offers an aromatic nose of fresh white flowers, apple, pear, peach, and lemon. The palate is crisp with vivid acidity, a medium body, and a fresh citrus and saltine character. Fermented and aged in temperature-controlled steel tanks for 4 months, it pairs beautifully with soft cheeses and fish dishes with cream sauces. Orma is situated in the heart of the Bolgheri DOC appellation, perfectly suited to vine cultivation.
