Vinified in temperature-controlled steel tanks for 20 days and refined for at least 3 months on fine lees, this wine offers a delightful nose of acacia flowers, pear, passion fruit, and pineapple. The palate is sapid, long, fresh, and elegant, showcasing lovely crisp acidity. Vinification
Temperature-controlled at 12°C for 20 days. Refined in steel tank with controlled temperature for at least 3 months on the fine lees and a further 1-2 months in bottle. No oak ageing.

This Gavi presents a straw yellow colour with classic greenish shades. Its aroma profile is rich with notes of acacia flowers, pear, passion fruit, and pineapple. On the palate, it is sapid, long, fresh, and elegant, with a lovely crisp acidity.

Serve chilled at 8-10°C. Excellent as an aperitif or with light dishes. No decanting required.
