Quinta da Alorna Branco Reserva Tejo DOC, Portugal, is a captivating White still dry wine crafted from Arinto and Chardonnay grapes. 50% of the Chardonnay is fermented and aged for four months in new American oak casks, contributing to its wonderful structure and elegance. It presents a complex aroma of fresh citrus fruits and a subtle smokiness, leading to an intense and persistent finish with balanced acidity. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine pairs beautifully with rich fish dishes like cod with cream or béchamel sauce, or exotic creamy curry dishes.

Vinification
Harvested separately, pressed in long and gentle cycles during the morning whilst still cool. After the clarification of the musts, the Arinto grapes were fermented in stainless steel vats at 17°C. 50% of the Chardonnay ferments in new American Oak casks ageing 4 months over fine lees. After the final blend is done and the wine was stabilized and filtered before bottling.
