Quinta da Alorna Touriga Nacional Tejo DOC, Portugal, is a vibrant Red still dry wine crafted from hand-selected Touriga Nacional grapes. Fermented and aged for six months in stainless steel, it showcases a floral aroma with strong notes of violets, raspberry, and blackberry. The palate offers a well-balanced, round body sustaining these black fruit notes, culminating in an elegant finish with fine, long tannins. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine is excellent with Italian cuisine, duck, and mild cheeses, offering a distinctly Portuguese experience.

Vinification
To produce this wine, the best grapes were hand selected and harvested manually from a 35-year-old vineyard, at the ideal point of aromatic and phenolic ripening. Bunches are carefully selected in the vineyard, the grapes were fermented in stainless steel vats using gentle pumping for about eight days. After malolactoc fermentation, the wine ages in stainless steel tank for 6 months.
