Quinta de Couselo Rosal Rías Baixas DO, Rías Baixas, Spain, is a dry white still wine crafted from Albariño, Caiño, and Loureiro grapes. The vinification includes a short skin maceration and six months of ageing on fine lees. It offers elegant floral intensity, fresh fruit sensations, lemon cream, subtle aromatic herbs, and mineral notes. The palate is intense, fresh, balanced, and creamy with a long, elegant finish. This wine is perfect with seafood, light fish dishes, salads, and fresh cheeses.

Vinification
Immediately before arrival at the winery, the grapes are subjected to temperature control by cold storage transport at 5°C. A vibrating sorting table selects the best fruit, bunch by bunch. The whole grapes are destemmed and given a short maceration with skins prior to pressing. Separation of musts. Static racking. Temperature-controlled fermentation. Ageing on fine lees for 6 months. Clarification, stabilisation and sterile filtration prior to bottling in May/ June.

This elegant white wine presents an intense lemon-yellow hue with a greenish flash. It offers a complex bouquet of fresh fruit, delicate florals, and subtle herbal notes, leading to a creamy, fresh, and balanced palate with a long, mineral-driven finish.
