Modern vinification, utilising pneumatic presses and temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, ensures the purity and freshness of its character. Aromas of bright citrus and delicate floral notes lead to an elegant and fresh palate, distinguished by a vibrant acidity. This versatile wine pairs wonderfully with lean fish and shellfish. It is also vegan and vegetarian friendly.

Vinification
Modern equipment installed in 2011 include Pneumatic presses, a fast bottling plant capable of 1500 bottles per hour, and temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
