This fragrant Sicilian wine, produced with night harvesting and modern temperature-controlled fermentations, offers pleasant floral aromas alongside stone fruit notes of peach and pear. It is fresh, well-balanced, and elegantly aromatic on the finish, with no oak ageing. This delightful wine complements typical Mediterranean seafood dishes exceptionally well, and also pairs beautifully with blue cheeses.
