Rallo Azienda Agricola La Maggiore Petillant, Pét-Nat Terre Siciliane IGP, Italy, is a natural, vegan, vegetarian, and Certified organic white sparkling dry wine made from Grillo grapes. This unfiltered Pet-Nat undergoes soft pressing and stainless steel fermentation, followed by bottle ageing for one month. It offers soft, delicate bubbles and a vibrant flavour profile, showcasing tropical notes of mango, papaya, citrus, and pear, complemented by crisp acidity. Ideal as an aperitif or superb with crudités, this wine is a delightful expression of coastal Marsala.

Vinification
A soft pressing of the juice, which is fermented in stainless steel for 8 days at 18 degrees celcius. Malolactic fermentation then bottle aged for 1 month.
