Benefiting from oak ageing, it presents a lightly perfumed raspberry aroma, leading to a smooth, silky palate bursting with fresh, sweet raspberry fruit flavours. This well-balanced wine offers a lovely intensity, with notes of vanilla, caramel, and plum, culminating in a robust and spicy finish. It is vegetarian-friendly and pairs wonderfully with blue cheese, mature cheddar, nuts, and chocolate desserts.
