Sherwood Estate Stoney Range Sauvignon Blanc from Waipara Valley, New Zealand, is a vibrant White still wine that is delightfully dry. Crafted from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, it undergoes a slow, cool fermentation to preserve its delicate floral, herbaceous, and tropical fruit characteristics, with no oak ageing. This wine offers immediate flavours of tropical fruit and a hint of asparagus on the nose, leading to a crisp, tangy palate with a lengthy, zesty citrus finish. It is perfect with asparagus and lemon butter or a fresh courgette, pea and feta salad, and is suitable for vegetarians.

Vinification
A slow cool fermentation is carried out over three weeks with the aim of retaining as much of the delicate floral, herbaceous fruit flavours as possible. Once completed the wine remains in tank with the yeast lees for a further three months.
