This dry blend of Colombard, Vermentino, Marsanne, and Grenache Blanc grapes undergoes traditional fermentation in stainless steel, without carbonic maceration. It presents a light yellow hue with green reflections, offering delicate citrus and white flower aromas. The palate is fresh and dry, bursting with lemon and fresh mint, culminating in a lovely sharp acidity. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine pairs wonderfully with poultry, creamy sauces, and cured meats.
