Fermented with natural yeasts in stainless steel and aged for seven months in concrete tanks, this vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine offers a wild and floral character, with delicate notes of rose petal and spring meadow herbs. On the palate, it is textured and vibrant, showcasing bright grip, chalky tannins, and a refreshing lemon peel twist, deeply rooted in its stony, calcareous soils. Vinification
Fermented using natural yeasts in stainless steel vat at a temperature controlled to 24-26°C. Malolactic fermentation and ageing in concrete tank for 7 months.
