This dry, fruit-driven blend of Monastrell, Syrah, and Garnacha offers fragrant red berries on the nose, leading to a medium-bodied palate with smooth tannins and delightful freshness, reminiscent of Rhône valley styles. The Garnacha and Syrah are fermented in stainless steel, with Monastrell aged for 10 months in Fudre for added complexity. This versatile, vegan and vegetarian friendly wine pairs wonderfully with tapas, poultry, rich fish, pasta dishes, and spicy tacos.

Vinification
Garnacha and Syrah components are fermented in stainless-steel vats at controlled temperature of 25 °C using natural yeast. Whilst the Monastrell is the only variety that is aged in Fudre for 10 months, providing the wine with a rounder mouthfeel and added complexity.
